Delivery
We will do our best to dispatch orders within 72 hours, but if we are really busy it will take a bit longer.
Please advise a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel which will be sent with Royal Mail or APC couriers.

Description of Goods
All goods are handmade so sizes and colours can vary slightly.  

Returns & Cancellations Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchases you may return the goods, within 14 days, at your expense in the original packaging for a full refund to:

Incorrect Delivery
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.

Privacy Policy
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information, including your name, address and email address, with optional unique identifiers. 
 
We only use customer contact information from the registration form, to send the user information about our company and your orders. We do not share your information with anyone else and will destroy all credit/debit card details after payment.  As you know we only send updates you will hopefully love, we never spam and we will never share our mailing lists with third parties.  We take your privacy extremely seriously.
 
Don’t worry, all users may opt-out of receiving future mailings from us, by choosing to un-subscribe from any of our mailings by clicking the unsubscribe button.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
